Sharon Fulcher-Estes, LPC-Supervisor
Sharon Fulcher-Estes is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Advanced Certified Trauma Practitioner and EMDR (Eye-Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) Trained Clinician.
She received a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services and Counseling from Liberty University and completed a dual Master’s degree program at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling and a M.A. in Religious Education.
Over the last twenty-five years, Sharon has worked in various churches, therapeutic settings including residential care along with community-based non-profits working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Sharon is the Founder and CEO of The Vine Counseling & Wellness, a holistic-practice designed to meet not only the psychological and emotional needs of an individual or family but, the physical and spiritual needs of our greater community.
Sharon has executive management experience leading non-profits through organizational change, program development, community engagement, fundraising and strategic planning. Sharon served as the CEO of a community-wide dental program in collaboration with Dallas’ public-healthcare system, Parkland Health & Hospital System and Executive Director of one of the countries, North Carolina based Ronald McDonald House Charities.
She has worked closely with government officials and social service agencies in Texas addressing human and sex trafficking programming. In addition, she has worked providing agency-based compliance and regulatory review with statewide foster care and adoption agencies.
Her clinical experience includes working with trauma and loss, children and adolescents, stress, work-related struggles, pre-marital, marriage, parenting, anger, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, sexual abuse, addictions and women’s issues.
She is an Advanced Trauma and Loss Practitioner and is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Sharon is a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator focusing on Marriage and Family Enrichment and Pre-Marital Counseling. She is also available to lead workshops or speak at women’s workshops, events or conferences.
She lives in Arlington with her husband, Albert and have the joy of parenting their teenage son, sharing time with their adult daughter, son-in-law, grandson and caring for Sharon’s beloved Mother.
She enjoys the outdoors with her family spending time on the lake, watching and supporting her son play high school sports and her new role as grandparent aka Lollie. She loves a quiet day in the mountains or sand between her toes reading a good book!

Emily Dunn, LCSW
Emily Dunn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University and earned a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
Emily worked for 3 years in an inpatient facility located in Cleveland, Ohio working with youth ages 11-18 in both group and individual settings. Emily then moved back to Texas where she worked with parents and their children 3 and under to repair and increase secure attachment between parent and child. Emily also worked at a children’s hospital in Dallas where she assessed and cared for children ages 10-18 who were experiencing suicidal ideation and other mental health concerns.
Emily’s clinical experience includes working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, anger and other mood disorders as well as dealing with compounded trauma and communication issues. She works with various age groups and specializes in child and adolescent mental health, parent coaching and life transitions. Emily bases her interaction with others in the Sheldon and Rush coaching model (Joint planning, Observation, Action/Practice, Reflection and Feedback). This promotes therapy sessions that are client led. Emily has been trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), AS+K (Ask About Suicide to Save a Life), CALM (Counseling on Access to Lethal Means), SafeCare, and elements of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
Emily considers it an honor and a privilege to be in the helping profession. Entering into a therapeutic relationship takes vulnerability and trust, two things that Emily does not take lightly. Emily strives to create a safe environment for her clients and likes to hold space for them to feel whatever they need to feel and be who they want to be.
Emily lives in the Mid-Cities with her husband, son and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, going on walks, tending to her house plants, reading, and spending time with family.

Misty Jasso, LMFT
Misty Jasso is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Women’s University and earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from King’s University.
As a relationship therapist, Misty helps clients rebuild, strengthen, and practice skills in the relationship within themselves; helping transcend and transform an authentic relationship with others. The focus is the myriad attached to the Self of human experience.
Often, marriages play into a Stance of being reactive, detached, anxious, and preoccupied. Thereby, the underlying conflict is unresolved, or a sense of relief does not last. These Stances play into a Rule Book we create and practice over time. With couples therapy and coaching, Misty leads couples, with a range of backgrounds and complexities, to experience new possibilities in their relationship.
As a specialist in Marriage and Family Therapy and Child Development, Misty led the family therapy program for a teen girl’s residential treatment center, partial hospitalization program, and adoption agency. Misty has worked alongside law enforcement in crisis intervention and helped rescue girls from human trafficking through a process of stabilization from a dysregulated state. Each of these seasons of training led Misty into developing the Art of Relational Rhythm for couples, families, and relationship with self.
Over the last few decades, Misty has consistently focused on Attachment, Trauma and Resiliency. Misty’s clinical expertise includes working with individuals, couples and families in addiction and trauma resiliency and recovery, serving as a family educator and coach for addiction and mental health, providing pre-marital education and marriage enrichment and educating clients on reactive attachment styles, somatic experiencing, and therapeutic art skills.
Misty is credentialed as a Somatic EMDR Practitioner, Prepare & Enrich Marriage Facilitator, SYMBIS Personality & Marriage Assessment Provider, Art Therapy Practitioner and is actively pursuing Certification in Trauma Stress Studies.
Misty and her husband of 20 years, along with their adult son and two children travel to experience more of what Texas offers. With the strengths of strategy, responsibility, communication, relator, and woe, Misty brings these strengths to the forefront of her practice and way of life.

Amy Kirchhoff, LPC NCC
Amy Kirchhoff is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor. She received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A& M and earned her Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Counseling from Texas A&M – Commerce. Over the last seven years, she has served as a professional mental health counselor with experience in schools, private practice, and intensive outpatient programs. She also serves as an adjunct professor of Psychology for Dallas College.
Amy’s clinical experience includes extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), through the Beck Institute as well as practice in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and suicide and self-harm prevention. She specializes in adolescent & young adult issues, parent coaching, motherhood transitions, anxiety, depression, social and/or behavior difficulties that interfere with school or work, post-IOP/PHH/IP therapy, and expat/repatriation/relocating transitions.
She’s been told by clients that her real specialty is instilling hope, helping them see their problems in a new light that brings peace, and creating space for grace. Her counseling perspective has been highly influenced by The Body Keeps the Score, Anatomy of the Soul, and Man’s Search for Meaning.
Amy is excited to be relocating back to Grapevine with her husband and their tween and teen daughters. She enjoys hiking, traveling, learning new things, live music, and hand embroidery. You can likely find her spending her free time in a local coffee shop meeting friends or talking to strangers.

Rachelle Jense, Graduate Intern
Supervised by Sharon Fulcher-Estes, LPC-S
Rachelle Jense received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from UNLV and is a Master’s-level Graduate Intern from Regent University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.
Rachelle has an interest in working with those in life transitions, as well as those dealing with anxiety or depression. She has a passion for collaborating with clients participating in competitive sports, grief and loss, trauma-work and those working to grow stronger relational bonds. She desires working with teenagers, women, mothers, couples, and families.
Rachel’s desires to walk the path of learning with her clients showing compassion and achieving goals while pursuing their best life – full of peace, joy, and fulfillment.
Rachelle organizes local youth group activities and outings; substitutes teaching and serves as a basketball coach in her local community recreational program.
Rachelle lives in Southlake, TX with her husband and four children. She has a love for soaking up knowledge through listening to audiobooks, podcasts and reading.
Rachelle accepts self-pay clients and offers a sliding fee, as needed.
Rachelle is under the supervision of Sharon Fulcher-Estes, LPC-S as a Master’s level graduate student completing her academic requirements for licensure in the state of Texas.
Savilla Lacy, LPC
Savilla Lacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and earned her Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University in Southlake Texas. She specializes in trauma work and is working on becoming EMDR certified in the near future. Savilla’s clinical experience includes working with trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociation, anger, and adjustment disorders with adolescents, and teenagers. Her experience working with underprivileged youth and families in Dallas and Plano involved connecting them to local resources and assisting them to sort through their traumas and roadblocks that impeded their personal growth.
Savilla believes therapy should be a partnership where each person is on equal footing with one another, and the job of a counselor is first to seek to understand the client’s perspective before their own. As humans, we not only value but need a true connection to foster healing and growth, and to help others be seen and understood is her greatest privilege. The greatest changes that occur within a person often come from the quiet moments of reflection.
Savilla lives in the Mid-Cities with her husband and daughter. She enjoys writing, playing games with friends and family and is proud to be a self-proclaimed “coffee snob”.

Lori Montgomery, LPC
Lori Montgomery is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Grief Educator, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained clinician. Lori received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies from Texas Woman’s University.
Lori’s current practice focuses on supporting adults as they navigate grief and loss, anticipatory loss, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression and life transitions.
Lori believes in creating a welcoming space and considers it a privilege to join clients in all stages of life.
Lori lives in Keller, TX with her husband and enjoys time with their two adult children, friends, and traveling.
Lori accepts Cigna and Aetna. For self-pay clients, she offers a sliding-fee rate.
